Refund policy

This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Each item you order from us is a standard, pre-designed product that is designed by Ridgeramble and produced on demand. We do not hold stock, which helps us reduce waste. All our products are covered by your right to cancel.

Damaged, Misprinted or Defective 

Any item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received by the customer. As soon as a customer notices this problem, please email enquiries@ridgeramble.com with photos showing the damaged, misprinted, and defective item.

The email must include the order number and a description of the problem. Ridgeramble will then submit a problem report to Printful. If the item is confirmed as faulty, you have the right to a full refund or a free replacement.

If an item return is required, we will email the customer return instructions to send their package back to the Printful facility (the default return address). When Printful receives the returned package, an email is then sent to the customer. Ridgeramble will cover the shipping costs for customers to return any faulty package they have to Printful. Unclaimed returns to Printful will be donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, the customer is responsible for any returned shipments they receive.  

Wrong Delivery Address

If a customer gives an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the delivery will be returned to the facility, and the customer will pay for the reshipment costs and provide an updated and sufficient address for their package to be reshipped. 

Unclaimed Packages

If an order didn’t arrive at the address because it was unclaimed by the customer or a wrong address was provided, the package will then be returned to the Printful facility, which is the location the item was shipped from. As soon as the package is returned, you will be immediately notified by email, and it will be held there for 30 days at no extra cost. Ridgeramble will also contact you to confirm the shipping address, and you will have to pay for the shipping cost of a reshipment. 

Lost Packages

If a customer’s Printful delivery has been lost in transit, please email enquiries@ridgeramble.com within 30 days after your delivery’s due date, and Ridgeramble will communicate with Printful about the customer’s lost package. If the package is confirmed as lost, a customer has the choice of a full refund or free replacement, and we will cover all shipping costs.

Wrong Item Sent

If a customer receives the wrong item delivered to them, please email enquiries@ridgeramble.com with photos of the incorrect item within 30 days and this will be communicated to Printful. You will have the option of a full refund or free replacement, and Ridgeramble will cover the shipping costs. 

Customers Right to Cancel

In order to comply with UK regulations on consumer law, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. This begins from the moment you place an order and ends 14 days after you receive your items. 

To exercise this right, please email enquiries@ridgeramble.com within this 14-day window. Once we receive your email, we will review your email and send you a confirmation email to officially log your cancellation request. You will then have a further 14 days from the date of our confirmation email to return your package to our Clyde Offices address in Glasgow, which is listed below.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return itOnce your product arrives at the return address, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the items back, including the standard delivery cost. All delivered clothes must be in their original, unused and unworn condition with all tags and original packaging. Clothes must be packaged in a separate shipping box to protect the manufacturer’s packaging. Please note: we reserve the right to make a deduction from this refund if the item has lost value due to unnecessary handling.
